EliteCrash FAQ

In it's most simple form, EliteCrash is a crypto currency based game of chance. EliteCrash is a unique variant of the original Bustabit version one game. We offer a dangerously low house edge (rarely more than .75%) with a .5% social bonus for each game. We've also created a FatCat progressive bonus that gives players a new angle on getting edge.

EliteCrash is built to be played with Bitcoin but also accepts Ethereum if you are looking for a faster deposit. The base EliteCrash software is licensed  by BaB.

Place a bet. Watch the multiplier increase from 1x upwards! Cash out any time to get your bet multiplied by that multiplier. But be careful because the game can crash at any time, and you'll get nothing!

An Satoshi is the smallest unit of measure for Bitcoin. 100,000,000 Satoshi equal one Bitcoin. When you deposit Bitcoin or Ethereum to your account you will credited your coins in Satoshi. If you want You can use our chatbot MrKnowItAll to convert different units and other coins by typing something like: !c 100k satoshi to USD or !c 20000 satoshi to BTC You are able to deposit Bitcoin or Ethereum and withdraw Bitcoin at any time by going to your account page.

Send BTC or ETH to their respective deposit addresses on your account page!

Bitcoin will be credited instantly upon receiving one confirmation. Ethereum will credited with 12 confirmations/blocks. How quickly you get those confirmations will depend on the fees you set on the transaction. Ethereum usually takes about 3 minutes to confirm 12 blocks, Bitcoin should confirm one block every 15 minutes or so for the most part. If you have a question about a deposit please reach to a moderator in the #support chat channel or email support  with your transaction id. We are happy to assist.

On your account page, you can immediately withdraw Bitcoin by entering the address you'd like to send to and entering your password. Ethereum withdraws are not supported at this time. Withdraws smaller than the balance of our hot wallet are processed instantly and you will be given the transaction ID immediately.

Larger withdrawals will be shown in your withdrawal page as "PENDING" and will require us to manually remove sufficient funds from our cold storage. Usually this process will take less than two hours, but may take up to 24 hours, depending on the time of day and other circumstances.

Withdrawals must be in increments of 1 satoshi, with a minimum withdrawal of 100,000 Satoshi. Transaction fees will be deducted from your withdraw at the most efficient rate possible. Usually withdraws will show up in the next block mined, but network conditions may impact that from time to time.

If the withdrawal is processed by our hot wallet it will be broadcast in less than a minute. However, the amount of time it takes to show up will depend on a number of different factors. First, let's make sure you've followed the correct withdraw steps:

  1. Navigate to the withdraw page
  2. Press, 'Request Withdraw', make sure you enter a valid withdraw address and that you understand how it works to withdraw to an exchange, web wallet, hardware wallet, shapeshift, changellly, or coinswitch.co.
  3. Within a minute you should see a link to the withdraw transaction show up in the withdraw history. If it says Pending, please contact us. On the tx page Please take note of the number of confirmations on the transaction (refresh the page every couple minutes need be). It shouldn't take long to see the number grow as it's processed and validated by the Bitcion network.

While it's not required to have a deep understanding of how Bitcoin transactions work, it's important to understand a couple basic things if you're withdrawing to an address that you don't have full control of. For example, if you tell EliteCrash to withdraw your coins to Poloniex or another exchange, It's completely up to them decide how many confirmations are needed before they make the coins available to you.

Beyond that, at the time of this writing, it's common place to see large delays on deposits being made to exchanges. On average, it takes EliteCrash less than 30 seconds to process your withdraw and submit it to the Bitcoin network. If you've made a withdraw and are waiting for it to show up, please check the link to the transaction in your withdraw history. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us via chat or our support page.

Gambling can be a lot of fun but for a small number of people it can become something totally different. If you feel like you have a problem there is help help out there.

As a simple starting point, ask yourself "Can I afford to lose this money?" before you make a deposit. If the answer no, then you should draw a hard line and find something else to do to take your mind off the itch.

The bonus is a special prize that is awarded to the last people to cash out before the game crashed. Getting the bonus is critical to skillful playing of EliteCrash, as it is the only way to overcome small house edge.

.5% of each player's stake goes into the bonus pot. So if there are 4 players, betting 400, 300, 200, and 100, there will be 5 satoshi in the pot. If the biggest player wins, he gets the whole pot. The site works out the rate he would be getting if he won, ie. 400 satoshi bet gives 5 satoshi bonus - or 1/80th bonus per satoshi bet. It then applies the same rate to whoever actually wins.

So if the 100 satoshi player wins, he gets 1/80th of 100, or 1.25 satoshi. That leaves 3.75 satoshi in the pot, which goes to the next best placing player(s).

Suppose the 200 satoshi player comes 2nd. He is due 1/80th of 100, or 2.5 satoshi. There are still 3.75 satoshi in the pot, so he gets the full 2.5 satoshi he is due - the same as if he had come in 1st place.

Suppose the 300 satoshi player comes 3rd. He's due 3.75 satoshi but there are only 1.75 satoshi left in the pot, so he gets those and that's all. There's nothing left for the 4th or worse place players.

1% of games will instant bust (0x) and no bonuses will be awarded, all other games have bonuses equal to .5% of the amount wagered.
